ANT Lawyers is expanding its Corporate & Commercial team and is offering an Associate Lawyer job in Da Nang office.
This position offers the chance to advise international and local clients on investments and M&A transactions in one of Vietnam’s most dynamic coastal business hubs.
What You Will Do
• Counsel clients on foreign and domestic investment projects, company establishment, and corporate governance matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate shareholder agreements, commercial contracts, and documents for corporate restructuring.
• Conduct due diligence and assist with all phases of mergers, acquisitions, and capital contributions.
• Provide clear guidance on Vietnam’s corporate, commercial, and investment regulations as they evolve.
• Represent clients in negotiations and coordinate with Da Nang’s relevant government agencies.
• Support practice development through knowledge sharing and client relationship building.
Qualifications We Value
• LL.B. or higher from an accredited university and a valid Vietnamese lawyer card.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in corporate, commercial, or M&A work in law firms.
• Solid drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken), with confidence in bilingual client settings.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
