Role Overview
ANT Lawyers, a law firm in Vietnam is now offering Associate Lawyer Job in Ho Chi Minh City, part of our Corporate & Commercial team.
This role places you at the heart of corporate, investment and M&A work, guiding both international and domestic clients through Vietnam’s fast-evolving business environment.
Your Key Contributions
• Structure and implement foreign or local investments, handle company formation, and advise on corporate governance.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate investment agreements, joint venture documents, and complex commercial contracts.
• Conduct legal due diligence and support every stage of mergers, acquisitions, and capital transactions.
• Monitor and interpret Vietnamese corporate and commercial regulations, providing practical compliance advice.
• Represent clients in negotiations and interact with Ho Chi Minh City authorities and regulators.
• Participate in client development, knowledge sharing, and practice growth initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a valid Vietnamese lawyer card.
• Two to four years of professional experience in corporate, commercial, or M&A work in a respected law firm or corporate legal department.
• Strong analytical and drafting ability, with keen problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese for professional correspondence and client meetings.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of thriving under deadlines in a collaborative setting.
