Job Description
ANT Lawyers is offering an Associate Lawyer Job in Hanoi in Corporate & Commercial Practice.
You will advise multinational and domestic clients on corporate, investment, and M&A matters, and work directly with senior associate on transactions and regulatory projects.
Main Responsibilities
• Provide legal advice on foreign and domestic investment, company incorporation, and enterprise governance
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and investment contracts, shareholder agreements, and corporate restructuring documents
• Support due diligence and transaction execution for M&A projects
• Advise on regulatory compliance in corporate, commercial, and foreign investment laws
• Represent clients in negotiations and liaise with Vietnamese authorities when required
• Contribute to business development and knowledge-sharing within the corporate practice
Key Skills and Experience Required
• Law degree from a recognized university and a valid Vietnamese lawyer card
• 2–4 years of experience in corporate, commercial, or M&A practice in law firms
• Strong analytical, drafting, and problem-solving skills
• Good command of English (spoken and written) and comfort in bilingual client communications
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team
