Circular 01/2013/TT-BCT of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on amendment and supplement regulations and procedures for granting certificates of preferential origin of goods

Accordingly, in the case of export of goods in bonded warehouses, in addition to the specified documents, the C/O applicant has to submit the following additional documents:

– The declaration of goods in/out of the bonded warehouse, have confirmation of goods to the border of the authorities customs and bills

– Contract or written agreement signed between VN traders with foreign customers sending goods to bonded warehouses, which regulates that VN traders deliver to the importer from countries that have signed the Free Trade Agreement with Vietnam, or

– Contract or written agreement signed between foreign customers delivering goods at bonded warehouses with the importer in the countries that have signed the Free Trade Agreement with Vietnam, in which regulates that Vietnam traders deliver goods to the importer.

Circular takes effect from February 16^th 2013.
