Circular 01/2013/TT-NHNN of the State Bank of Vietnam on the transactions between credit institutions
The transaction payments in Vietnam dong between credit institutions that are members of the inter-bank electronic payment system may not be made through e-Payment system in the following cases:
– The transactions out of the working hours of the system
– The transactions transfer to pay principal and interest
– The transactions that do not transfer the principal of the loan
– Transfer money to purchase term bonds
Previously, all transactions between credit institutions must be conducted through inter-bank electronic payment.
Contents specified in Circular 01/2013/TT-NHNN, with effect from January 7th 2013.
Circular also provides update on the application in Circular 21/2012/TT-NHNN for the loans of financial leasing companies, consumer finance companies until June 30th 2013.
