Decision 1754/QD-BHXH on changing health insurance card template
The serial number of the Health Insurance card casts have changes in font size and the first two characters of the series.
Accordingly, the new font size is from 10 to 12 instead of 10 under the previous regulations.
The first two characters of the serial number also changes in number (from 01 to 99 – in line with the provincial code). Previously, the first two characters are written in letters in the Latin alphabet.
That is the main content of Decision 1754/QD-BHXH revised the personal health insurance card template that has been defined in Decision 653/QD-BHXH.
In addition, Decision 1754 also defined the first two characters of the health insurance card template issued by the Social Insurance of the Ministry of Defense is 97, SI of the public secirities is 98, SI of the Government Commission is 99.
This Decision effective from the date of signing.
