Circular 13/2013/TT-BTC dated January 25th of the Ministry of Finance on monitoring securities trading on the stock market

Accordingly, the contents of monitoring agencies that have responsibilities as well as obligations to provide information of the objects being monitored have been clearly specified and added quite a lot compared to the previous regulations.

Stock Exchanges will have the right to request all organizations and individuals related to securities transactions to provide information and documents to carry out monitoring.

Previously, they can only ask the Stock Exchanges’ members to provide information and documents.

Circular has issued a new report templates to monitor.

Circular takes effect from March 8th 2013.
