Decision 1892/QD-TTg on increasing capacity in land management period 2011-2020

On December 14th 2012, the Prime Minister approved the project to improve the capacity of the State management on Land management in the period 2011 – 2020 in Decision 1892/QD-TTg.

Accordingly, the specific objectives of the project include a number of points:

– Develop and improve legal systems and policies, continue to reform and simplify administrative procedures…

– Focus on human resource development in land management sector, ensuring that by 2020, the proportion of staffs at central level with university degree reaches 50%, at local, the proportion reaches over 75%.

– Investing specialized in equipment with modern technology.

With the solution implemented, the specific program proposals was launched, by 2020, the State management capacity on land would be sufficient to enforce assigned tasks effectively, help developing socio-economic of the country.

Decision takes effect from the date of signing.
