Decree 05/2013/ND-CP on the business registration

To further add to our previous Vietnam legal update, the new Decree will take effect from February 25th 2013 which it regulates that business registration agency will consider granting business registration certificate for business lines that are not included in the economic system, and have not yet been regulated in the laws of Vietnam.   In the meantime, the agency will also add additional codes for new business lines when required.

However, not all business lines are considered for issuing certificate.  The business lines are considered for registration must fall under the list of unprohibited business lines regulated in the laws of Vietnam.
