Standardized non-cash payment

From March 26th 2013, service providing organizations: intermediate payments, non-cash payments, users of those service when open and use the account have to involve in a contract.

Service fee is still regulated and listed by the organizations, but in the case of unexpected developments, the Reserve Bank of Vietnam will determine this fee.

Person aged between full 15 and under 18 years of age, with private property has right to open payment account but he/she must have a guardian.

Account holder can deposit, withdraw cash and request service provider organization to make valid transactions.  At the same time, this person has the right to request providing details information about transactions and balances on payment accounts.

This content is deployed in Decree 101/2012/ND-CP on payment of non-cash, replacing the Decree 64/2001/ND-CP.
