Official Letter 640/LDTBXH-TCCB of the Ministry of Labour – Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) on the rate of wage increase before the deadline

From April 10th 2013, the rate of officials and employees that are paid increasing ahead of time in a year will be raised to 10%, doubling the previous regulation.

To directly implementing the provisions of Decree 17/2013/ND-CP, MOLISA issued Official Letter 640/LDTBXH-TCCB.

Specifically, the Ministry requires the state owned enterprises (SOEs) to review the number of employees that meet the condition for wage increasing ahead of time and must not exceed the above rate.

With the officials that are paid increasing ahead of time as additional interface, the SOEs must file document in accordance with this Official Letter and send to the Department of Personnel before March 15th 2013.

Official Letter takes effect from March 4th 2013.
