Decree 15/2013/ND-CP on the management of construction quality

The organization or individual doing construction activities will have to provide information about their capabilities to the State management agencies on construction and this information will be posted publicly on this agency’s website.

This information will be used as a basis to select organizations and individuals involved in a number of construction activities.

In addition, the State management agencies will perform the verification of the design document package developed for some works such as: apartment building, public works from level III or higher, individual houses from more than 7th floor.

Contents of examination and the competent authority to verify with each type of work are specified in Decree 15.

Decree 15 also provides more detail on the resolution of the incidents occurred in the process of construction and use of works.

Decree takes effect from April 15th 2013, replacing Decree 209/2004/ND-CP and Decree 49/2008/ND-CP.
