Circular 46/2012/TT-BCT of the Ministry of Industry and Trade guiding the Decree 45/2012/ND-CP on industrial promotion
Industrial businesses apply the clean production process which is not limited in terms of capital, labor or production areas will be subjected to enjoy support from the industrial promotion policy.
According to Circular 46, the content of the industrial promotion activities has been expanded:
– Support to attend the forums, seminars, fairs and abroad exhibitions to promote the brand, each businesses are supported up to 2 times/year
– Support to organize the exhibition of handicrafts and rural industrial products
– Support the interest rates for rural industrial businesses that have to move because of environmental pollution.
Circular takes effect from February 10th 2013.
