Supporting Vietnam’s Law Students to Go Global: ANT Lawyers to Sponsor Mediation Competition 2025

We believe that the future of Vietnam’s legal profession lies in the hands of today’s students. That is why we are honored to stand behind the International Mediation Writing Competition 2025, to sponsor mediation competition together with WIF, supporting Vietnamese law students as they take their first steps onto the international stage.

Our sponsorship is not about recognition but it is about creating opportunities. By contributing to this year’s competition, we hope to help students across Vietnam gain access to world class mentors, senior mediators, and training resources that will strengthen their skills in mediation advocacy skills that are becoming increasingly important for dispute resolution lawyers in Vietnam in a changing world.

Opening Doors to Global Dialogue

Thanks to the efforts of the Weinstein International Foundation (WIF) and VietnamADR, this year’s competition connects Vietnamese participants with peers and experts from across the globe.

The Global Kickoff Meeting to be held virtually on Sep 25th, 21:00 Hanoi time will welcome Senior Fellows from countries including Brazil, Bulgaria, China, Ecuador, Egypt, India, Kenya, Mexico, Moldova, Nigeria, Pakistan, Romania, Singapore, Vietnam, and Zambia.

For students, this was more than just an introduction. It was a chance to hear personal stories from experienced mediators, to learn why mediation matters, and to begin imagining themselves as part of a global community of dispute resolution professionals.

Why We Support This Journey

At ANT Lawyers, our daily work shows us the value of resolving disputes constructively. Handling dispute resolutions using mediation often saves time, resources, and relationships. We know that if students can learn these principles early, they will carry them into their future careers, shaping a more collaborative legal culture in Vietnam.

Our role is to stand behind the students as they learn. By helping bring this competition to Vietnam, we hope they feel encouraged to explore mediation, sharpen their writing, and gain confidence in presenting their ideas to an international audience.

Looking Forward

The competition is only just beginning. Over the coming months, students will study mediation advocacy, attend workshops, and prepare their submissions for review. Along the way, they will receive guidance from mentors and hear from last year’s winners, who will share practical tips and lessons learned.

We are grateful for the chance to contribute to this journey. We look forward to seeing how far Vietnamese students will go, and how they will one day help shape the future of dispute resolution both here at home and abroad.
