In particular, the licensing for temporary import and re-export of used goods, frozen food, imported goods with special consumption tax have been adjusted. The Ministry of Industry and Trade Vietnam issued Decision No. 3623/QD-BCT to regulate the legal guidance. Under the the same decision, nine administrative amendments and supplements have been made, including:
