The Weinstein International Foundation based in the United States, in collaboration with ANT Lawyers as sponsor, and the VEMC, Vietnam Effective Commercial Mediation Center as organizer, is pleased to announce that the International Mediation Writing Competition 2025 to be held for the second time in Vietnam.
In the year 2024, the competition was held the first time which spark long term interests among students across Vietnam. Many Vietnamese students participated and learned some new skills that would get them familiar with alternative dispute resolutions. Many of them refocus their studying efforts to put more emphasis on further learning of dispute resolution or consider future career to be dispute resolution professionals in Vietnam.

Who Should Join The Competition?
The competition is open to all full-time enrolled law students who are not yet qualified, practicing lawyers, from law schools located in Vietnam, with the highest level of undergraduate, have no age limitation.
Law students are invited to write a mediation memorandum on behalf of a client who is preparing to participate in the mediation of a litigated dispute.

Whether you are a first year student or a final year graduate, if you are passionate about law and writing, this is your moment.
Prizes
The competition’s top submission in Vietnam will be awarded a cash prize of up to USD 1,000, in recognition of the student’s legal writing and mediation competency

Participants will be able to join the Webinars conducted by international mediation experts of Weinstein International Foundation and Vietnam, and to gain knowledge and skills to be future mediation lawyers in Vietnam.
Participants will be connected to a global student network within the framework of this competition organized by Weinstein International Foundation, opening up many opportunities for global learning exchanges in the future.
