Rape, humiliating others, committing forcible sexual intercourses, slandering… are crimes that are prosecuted at the request of the victim.
According to the provisions of Clause 1, Article 105 of the Criminal Procedure Code 2003, the cases of the offenses specified in Paragraph 1, Article 104, 105, 106, 108, 109, 111, 113, 121, 122, 131 and 171 of the Penal Code 1999 (amended and supplemented in 2009) are prosecuted only at the request of the victim or the legal representative of the victim.

– Crime of unintentionally causing injury or causing harm to the health of other people due to the violation in professional rules or administrative rules (Clause 1, Article 109).
– Rape (Clause 1, Article 111).
– Committing forcible sexual intercourses Crime (Clause 1, Article 113).
– Humiliating other people (Clause 1, Article 121).
– Slander (Clause 1, Article 122).
– Infringement of copyright (Clause 1, Article 131).
– Infringing upon industrial property rights (Clause 1, Article 171).
