Circular 19/2012/TT-BVHTTDL of the Ministry of Culture, Sport and Tourism on 9 types of artifacts and antiques that are not allowed to carry abroad

From February 15th 2013, the literary manuscript which was awarded the Ho Chi Minh award and the State awards are not allowed to carry abroad.

In addition, the original artistic works and photographic works which have been composing from September 1945 to the present time, with high values in ideas, art, have a major influence in society are also subjected to be artifacts and antiques that are not allowed to brought abroad.

The specific lists of antiques which are not allowed to carry abroad are issued together with this Circular.
