Circular 231/2012/TT-BTC dated December 28th 2012 of the Ministry of Finance on the use of Government bonds period 2012-2015

Transportation, irrigation, hospitals, dormitories and permanent schools projects will not be paid in Government bonds with the increasing in the scale implementation due to increased investment.

It is one of the regulations on the use of Government bonds period 2012-2015 issued in Circular 231/2012/TT-BTC on December 28th 2012.

For hospital projects using other legal funds in the period of 2008-2010 or 2009-2013 will not be subject to bond funds during this period.

Projects approved for bond funds, this funds will be distributed to ministries and local for implementation, in accordance with State regulations on investment and construction management.

Circular takes effect from February 15th 2013.
