The schools must submit the proposal to check and confirm their capacity to the local Department of Education and Training to be certified eligible to open branches and specialized training college, bachelor, masters, PhD.
Based on records, the Department of Education will conduct the investigation, confirm the actual conditions of personnel, facilities, equipment and training of university.
Regarding personnel, must include reference list of lecturer records with employment contract, payroll, social insurance list, diplomas and certificates of the faculty.
Verify the accuracy of the quantity and quality of facilities material and equipment for training based on comparing actual data with construction documents, property records, invoices and related documents.
