Follow the direction of the Government, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment has issued Circular 17/2012/TT-BTNMT guide the Article 35 of the Mineral Law about conditions for mineral exploration practice.
The Circular also specifies a number of conditions such as:
– Chairman of the project must take time to participate as a geological technician at least one mineral exploration project.
– The construction time of the director is not less than 25% of the time specified in the exploration license.
– Equipment and construction tools must ensure the quantity, quality, technical features in accordance with the scheme.
Circular takes effect from January15th 2013.
