JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide legal advice to clients directly under supervision.
- Draft and review documents, legal memoranda, contracts, and other related materials.
- Assist in managing communications and interactions with clients.
- Represent clients in legal matters when assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Law degree holder with a valid lawyer certificate (or in the process of obtaining one).
- Proficiency in English (Speaking, Writing, Listening).
- Team oriented, honest, hardworking, with strong communication and analytical skills.
- Dedicated to building a long term legal career.
- 3 to 5 years of experience at a law firm, with familiarity in Investment, Corporate, Contract, and Labour matters.
