Applied object: Organizations and individuals, who producing, processing, packing and selling products such as wine, beer, soft drinks, processed milk, vegetable oil, material of processing starch, starch, bread, jam, candy to be advertised in Vietnam (hereafter as business).
A dossier of registration the content advertising is only applied for advertised content of a kind of goods. The content can be used on many measures of different advertisements (media published communications, in wrapping, in posters, newspaper). The content of foods will be allowed advertised nationwide after having been accepted and be issued Certificate of foods content advertising by the competent authorities.
