Circular 01/2013/TT-BKHDT dated January 21st 2013 of the Ministry of Planning and Investment guiding the business registration

Circular 01/2013/TT-BKHDT dated January 21st 2013 of the Ministry of Planning and Investment guiding the business registration

As enterprises wish to register a more specific business line rather than described in the the four-level economic sector registration system, they will need to choose a four-level economic sector, and add the specific business lines just below the four-level economic sector.

In addition, the Circular also permits issuing the business registration according to the reserve process which allow the normal registration through the national business registration information system when this system is being fixed for errors or during the upgrade progress.

Circular takes effect from April 15th 2013 and replaced the Circular 14/2010/TT-BKH.
