Selection of the minimum wage level

One-member limited liability Company owned by the State is permitted to apply the minimum wage level which is higher than the general minimum wage.

However, in order to apply those provisions, enterprise must satisfy the following conditions: Pay according to the state budget; profit for the year shall not be less than last year; increase the average wage to low than average labor productivity growth.

Contents are regulated by the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs in Official 4524/LDTBXH-LDTL on December 4th 2012.

Thus, if they meet with the conditions then the current state enterprises make profits may consider appropriate salary to further improve the salaries, remuneration and bonus for planning salary and pay employees.

Official takes effect from the date of signing.
