Associate Lawyer (Ho Chi Minh City)

ANT Lawyers is seeking an experienced and dedicated Associate Lawyer to join our Ho Chi Minh City office. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide legal advice to clients directly under supervision.
• Draft and review documents, legal memoranda, contracts, and other related materials.
• Assist in managing communications and interactions with clients.
• Represent clients in legal matters when assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Law degree holder with a valid lawyer certificate (or in the process of obtaining one).
• Proficiency in English (Speaking, Writing, Listening).
• Team oriented, honest, hardworking, with strong communication and analytical skills.
• Dedicated to building a long term legal career.
• 3 to 5 years of experience at a law firm, with familiarity in Investment, Corporate, Contract, and Labour matters.
