From January 1st 2013, Form 01 of Circular 05/2012/TT-BVHTTDL will no longer be used, ending six months of 15 days exists. Since this date, applications for control labels for sound recordings, video recordings of music will be applied with the Form 07 of Decree 79/2012/ND-CP.

Another change related to the application form is the consolidation between fashion shows and application for performing arts. Since the beginning of January 2013, there will no longer be a separate form for permit fashion show and the general form will be applied: “The application for performing art shows, fashion shows licenses”. Term license to operate a fashion show was shortened from 7 days to 5 days.
