Circular 02/2013/TT-NHNN dated January 21st 2013 of the State Bank of Vietnam guiding the classification of assets, the level and method of provision of risk and the use of preventive measures to handle risk

Circular adding guidelines for the classification of debts by quantitative methods, especially with the debts in groups 3, 4 and 5.

Besides, the foreign bank’s branches must also conduct loan classification under the provisions of this Circular.

Circular 02/2013/TT-NHNN takes effect from June 1st 2013.
