Circular 223/2012/TT-BTC on the collection, remittance, management and use of fees and charges in using pesticides

The highest charge is 300,000 VND / time to issue these types of licenses: licenses for import of pesticide and pesticide materials, certificate for officially registered pesticides, certificate for registration of additional pesticides.

Pesticide testing fee for narrow area at the present is 13,000 VND / time (the old rate is 11,000 VND), for wide area is 11,000 VND / time (increase by 2,000 VND compared with the previous one).

This Circular takes effect from February 7th 2013, replacing Circular 110/2003/TT-BTC.
