Circular 35/2012/TT-NHNN on ATM card service fee

As of March 1st 2013, the fee for each ATM transferring transaction is from 0 to 15,000 VND / transaction.

Besides, the card issuing fee is 0 – 100,000 VND / card, the annual fee is 0 – 60,000 VND / card / year.

The account inquiry transaction fee, statement or records of account queries printing, withdrawing cash at ATM is from 0 –  3,000 VND / transactions.

Organization of issuing must not charge additional costs for the failed transactions, error transactions that were not the fault of the cardholders.

Detailed fee are regulated by the card issuing organizations and must not exceed the card service fees issued in Circular 35/2012/TT-NHNN on December 28th 2012.
