Circular 36 / 2012/TT-BLDTBXH dated December 28th 2012 of the Ministry of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs on the additional list of hazardous and dangerous occupations

Accordingly, adding the following jobs:

– Refrigeration equipment repairing worker at the thermal power plant, grass cutting on shoulder/by hand worker, worker working in the square of the provinces and cities, lobster in cage farming worker; ship mechanic, which belong to the labor in Category IV.

– Artisanal unloading worker, chain unloading driver, marine fish in cage farming, radiation worker, which belong to the labor in Category V.

– Mine rescue worker, diving worker, produce and pack yellow phosphorus worker, which belong to the labour in Category VI.

Workers doing jobs that prescribed in this Circular and the previous Decisions: 1453/LĐTBXH-QĐ, 915/LĐTBXH-QĐ, 1629/LĐTBXH-QĐ, 190/1999/QĐ-BLĐTBXH, 1580/2000/QĐ-BLĐTBXH, 1152/2003/QĐ-BLĐTBXH are entitled to the protection of labor, wages and social insurance as the issued jobs or occupations.

Circular takes effect from May 1st 2013.
