Decision 3125/QD-TCHQ of the General Department of Custom on the new business forms for export and import goods

From January 15th , the new business forms for the export/import of the non-commercial goods will be applied.

Accordingly, the two forms are:

– Form 01/PYCNV/2012, used by custom to notify to return the dossiers which are not eligible to register for the declaration.

– Form 02/PTN-BGHS/2012, used to receive and handover the qualified dossiers.

Basically the process includes four steps: Receipt of dossier, actual inspection of goods, calculate and collect taxes and fees, re-examine the dossier. In particular, the inspection of goods is provided with more details and specific than the previous one.

Goods applied for this process include: luggage of people on entry that exceeding the property tax exemption, humanitarian aid, goods temporarily imported for re-export.

The Decision takes effect from January 15th 2013.
