Increase the fee to change business registration

Fee for new, renewal the Certificate of registration of branches, representative offices and place of business of enterprise from the date of  December 10th 2012 will be 100,000 VND/time, increased 5 times compared to the old regulations which was no more than 20,000 VND/time .

It is one of the new content that the Ministry of Finance regulated in Circular 176/2012/TT-BTC on October 23rd 2012.

Particularly now the commonly prescribed fee is 200,000 VND / times, not distinguish with the old regulations as cooperatives, educational institutions, private training or joint-stock company, limited liability company…

In addition, the business registration fee is 100,000 VND time, 3 times higher compared to the old one – only 30,000 VND / time.

Circular takes effect from December 10th 2012.
