On November 23rd 2012, the National Assembly passed the Law on Anti-Corruption amended in 2012, thereby correcting some limitations of the old Law by forcing to public such information as:
For procurement and construction: must public the list of projects specified bidding and reason; Category and reason of the limit bid project, bidders lists, results of contractor selection.
Regardless the declaration of assets of the obligation: must be made public where the agencies, organizations or units they work; National Assembly or People’s Council must the declare at the meeting voters.
Thus, the Anti-Corruption Law amended in 2012 has really focused on adding the provisions which are not effective before.
Law takes effect from February 1st 2013.
